What if the cover I order doesn't
fit?
Not a
problem. We will gladly replace the cover within 30 days of
purchase with another size as long as the cover is in a like-new
state and hasn't been used. Yes, people actually try to send back
covers that have been used and are filthy - but we know that you
would never do that.
We want
our customers to be happy with the cover they receive. To ensure a
good fit from the start, it is best to measure the machine you
will be covering and check the product sizing.
When in
doubt - always go to the next largest size. If you do order the
larger size and it still doesn't fit - simply
contact us for return
instructions. The only thing you'll be responsible is for return
shipping. Once we receive the cover and if you'd like a
replacement, you'll be charged the difference between cover prices
and we'll ship you a new one free of charge. Yes - once
again Free Shipping! See...Isn't that easy?

How long will it take to receive my
cover?
New
orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 business days
excluding weekends and holidays. Normal delivery time can vary
from 3-7 days depending on your location.
If you are purchasing an item that is
marked as a pre-order, delivery time will be longer as these items
are produced by the manufacturer upon demand. You will receive an
email indicating delivery time scheduled.
Not to
fear, however, tracking information is sent to you after your
order has shipped so that you can track the status of your order
while in transit. Please let us know if you do not receive your
tracking information and we will gladly send it to you.

What about backorders
or special order items?
On occasion, an item may not be readily
available and must be backordered or specially made from the manufacturer. If any part of an
order is backordered, the customer will be notified within 24/48 hours and we
follow these steps:

Items on backorder or special order are charged at
point-of-sale in full, just as immediate-shipment items. This is to
reserve an item from the manufacturer, in some cases, actually producing
it on demand. A refund can be issued if the item is successfully
cancelled (*See below for info on cancellation).

Notify you by email which items are on
backorder and Pre-Order and the estimated ship date. This email is sent within 24
hours of the order being placed.

As the estimated ship date approaches
(within 1-2 days of the ship date) we verify with the shipping warehouse
or manufacturer that the date is still correct. If the manufacturer has
a delay, we update the backorder date and again notify you by email. We
will do everything to help you get your products as soon as possible.

Backordered and Special Order items can be cancelled if they
are confirmed as not-shipped. If you need to cancel a backordered item,
please contact customer
service and we will attempt to halt shipment of the product. A
confirmation email will be made to confirm the cancellation and
subsequent credit or change to your order.
Can I put my
scooter cover or
motorcycle cover on
if the pipes are still very hot?
The
bottom panel of Falcon motorcycle covers are made from a heat
resistant silver fabric. Yes, we said heat resistant, not heat
proof. We recommend waiting for your machine to cool slightly
before putting the motorcycle cover on. If waiting isn't an
option, make sure there is sufficient air flow in-between your
pipes and the motorcycle cover to promote faster cooling.
